The number of sold listings increased 25.9% year over year and increased 0.7% month over month. The number of under contract listings was up 7.1% compared to previous month and up 59.6% compared to previous year. The Months of Inventory based on Closed Sales is 2.1, down 43.1% from the previous year.

The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was down 3.7% compared to previous month and up 20.2% compared to last year. The Median Sold Price decreased by 5% from last month. The Average Sold Price also decreased by 5.1% from last month. Based on the 6 month trend, the Average Sold Price trend is "Neutral" and the Median Sold Price trend is "Neutral".

The number of under contract listings was up 4.9% compared to previous month and up 30.7% compared to previous year. The Months of Inventory based on Closed Sales is 2.2, down 32.9% from the previous year.

The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was up 8.6% compared to previous month and up 19.9% compared to last year.The Median Sold Price increased by 1.4% from last month.
