The eves were expanded around the entire exterior to a minimum of three feet, wrapped in cypress hardwood and accented with lighting. A beautiful second Great Room with family room and kitchen featuring solid wood cabinets with slick contemporary laminate, gas cook-top, marble counter-tops, gas fireplace with coral stone surround plus views of the inviting lush gardens as well as the Courtyard which measures 43X20 with outdoor dining plus built in grill, hood and sink, all under an 11-foot cypress ceiling.
