A glowing smile and radiant positive energy will be your first impression of Kristi Service, and her love for Sarasota in addition to her deep experience in real estate will leave you with a lasting wonderful client experience. A southwest Florida resident since age 8, Kristi began working in real estate at the age of 17 as a receptionist at a busy real estate firm. After graduating from high school, she obtained her real estate license and put herself through college. Kristi has worked for several real estate attorneys, learning the ins and outs of title work and closings. She also worked as a mortgage broker for over five years, and more recently was a short sale negotiator for three and a half years, where she successfully completed over 300 short sale transactions.
Kristi’s energy and experience will guide you through the process of buying or selling successfully, as she can foresee obstacles and remove them swiftly before they become problems that could slow down or end your transaction. Her experience on literally all sides of the real estate arena is her greatest asset to getting you to the closing table, and her strong negotiating skills and her tenacity make her the person you want in your corner during the sale or purchase of your home.
Originally from Idaho, Kristi grew up with parents who opened their home to hundreds of foster children. This unique experience has given her patience and adaptability, as well as cemented her positive attitude and outlook on life. Some of her favorite Sarasota things to do are boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and walking around downtown with her two dogs, Cassie and Lady Bug. Kristi has a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation and nearly 20 years of real estate industry experience to serve you. She has her Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Science in Executive Management from Hodges University. When you work with Kristi, you will experience that “Service” is more than her name!
