Rasmussen Property Group sold another condo in downtown Sarasota. Today we closed on 33 Gulfstream Avenue #501. It was listed for $279,900 and it closed for $275,000 (public record). It was a challenging closing because it was a foreclosed property and owned by a hedge fund. It was encumbered with city liens (public record) that had to be resolved prior to closing. Fortunately, we got everything done and it was successfully closed.
