Living in Alinari

Alinari Sarasota provides a great lifestyle for those looking for a new condo building, near downtown and the all of the beaches of Sarasota. Residents can have their feet in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico within minutes. Hop in the car and head west over the Ringling Bridge to Lido Key beach where you can take a dip in the refreshing water. Siesta Key and Longboat Key beaches are also close to the neighborhood.

The 2 bedroom unit Aria has 2.5 baths, a den and a total square footage of 2,188. The other 2 bedroom model, Monte Verde, has 2.5 baths, a den and 2,080 total square feet. There are 2 penthouse models. The Divino is an exciting 2 story plan with 2 bedrooms/3.5 baths and has 2,563 square feet. The views will be outstanding from this penthouse. The other penthouse is a 3 bedroom/3.5 bath unit with just over 3,061 total square feet.

Pros:

Newly remodeled and stunning! Solid Condominium on generous private grounds with private park. Excellent swimming pool and multiple decks. Classic and elegant. The unique hall design allows privacy and low noise. Walk to town and Bayfront. Bay views available. Rosmary District is sprinkled with cafes , a ballet school, many design shops and a new hotel and condos .

Cons:

If you wish to be smack in town and have a pool "scene" this building is not for you. Rosmary District is quieter and undergoing an incredible transformation. The main walk to town on Coconut is a bus line.

Summary:

I have lived here for 6 years.I updated my condo as have many residents. I'm in my 50's and I love it. The multi million dollar new condos near us are really changing the look. The surrounding community is diverse and I feel safe. Bayfront is literally across the street!

Pros:

Great Building with GREAT amenities. Located in the Rosemary District...Easy walk anywhere.

Cons:

Condo Board is a power hungry group who loves to flex muscle. 1. Two Month COVID Lockdown. No visitors period period. I don't mean NO visitors from Wuhan , NY,LA or Michigan......I mean my grandkids 3 blocks away. I mean my girlfriend a doctor 5 miles away......I mean my lawyer 5 miles away who will be serving a lawsuit for myself and the other residents unhappy with these morons.

Summary:

The answer to cons from the board is "we have high risk tenants" My answer...Stay in your apartments ! Forever ! I am at high risk in the parking lots with these idiots driving down the ramps. I choose to take the chance. This building will be featured in the not so distant future on the ABC Affiliate (Nationally) on the over reach of a condo board.

Pros:

Cheaper to rent here than 1350 Main or 100 Central. Nice views if you get high enough in the building Newer construction Gorgeous lobby Well managed

Cons:

Too close to the Salvation Army. Wish it was closer to Main Street however if it was the prices would be higher

Summary:

My buddy rents here and I was thinking of renting here as well. Obviously, I like Alinari.

Pros:

Great water view if you are on the west side of the building. Amenities are top notch and the pool is fabulous.

Cons:

It can be a long walk to downtown Sarasota. When the weather is good the walk is fine. When it is hot you will jump in the car. Proximity to Salvation Army is not a big plus.

Summary:

I like living in Alinari but if 100 Central or 1350 Main were more affordable I would rather live there.
