Originally from Colorado, Lorrie began her career in the Denver metro area. As a full-service Realtor with over 15 years of experience working with both buyers and sellers, she grew to become the managing broker for a successful boutique brokerage. She ranked in the top 10% of all licensed real estate brokers in the state.

Having a long-time dream of living in Florida, she and her husband relocated to the Saint Petersburg area. With licenses in both Colorado and Florida, Lorrie has helped many of her previous clients relocate to Florida, but she primarily works with families in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota and surrounding areas. Her business is mostly referral-based and has been built on a reputation of high personal service and depth of local market knowledge, so it was natural transition for Lorrie to affiliate with Corcoran Dwellings.

At Corcoran Dwellings, we believe in offering the highest level of service, a focus on constant communication, and providing our clients with loyalty and honesty. This philosophy is the perfect fit for Lorrie and is a great description of how she works with clients in all price levels and at every stage of life. Lorrie is uniquely knowledgeable about the unique local neighborhoods of St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota and the very specific home valuation drivers in each area. She provides her clients a local insight, which can be a huge advantage when it comes to negotiating great outcomes for her buyers and sellers. In an industry that can be filled with stress and inexperience, Lorrie gives her clients the peace of mind that they have one of the best real estate professionals working on their behalf.

Now, more than ever, it is important to work with an agent who has a solid understanding of the market, but also someone that provides a professional, straight-forward approach to advising buyers and sellers.

In additional to helping individuals and families find their next perfect home, she feels strongly about the importance of family and community. Lorrie shares a life with her husband of 25 years and three boys. With one son working in the Tampa area, another in the Marines, and the youngest at college, she enjoys planning for the next traveling adventure to visit each one.
