We just closed on a waterfront single family home in Bradenton . Cathy Loeppke was fantastic through the whole buying experience. We presently live in New Jersey and closed absentee . Right from the start Cathy listened to what we were looking for and sent us by email about 28 homes that fit the bill. We then flew down and she did not waste any time and started showing us some very nice houses of the 28 she sent us we looked at around 15 of them and ended up buying the first home that we looked at. First off, Ingrid with Dwell Real Estate was amazingly helpful. I live in NY but will be moving to Sarasota,Fl and have been looking for condos. I can't emphasize enough just how helpful Ingrid has been during this process. She replies to emails/calls/texts promptly, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable of the various areas in Sarasota, of the buying process and goes out of her way to help a client. For example, when I inquired about a particular property, Ingrid decided to go the extra mile and not only call the listing agent to get more info, but she went the property to check it out for me and we did a Skype. I didn't ask her to, but she decided to do that for me. Also have to note her honesty (that's what won me over especially). She was upfront in disclosing the pros and potential cons of particular properties. It's indicative of her genuine interest in helping guide the client in the right direction and not in just making a quick sale. The Lender we dealt with was a nightmare but Ingrid stayed on top of everything keeping out best interest in mind. We have finally closed, we now have a new condo and new friend.

We contacted Marc about purchasing a winter getaway in Sarasota. We were thinking about buying on the beach but didn't like anything available in our price range. Marc was patient with us while we looked at property. We then switched gears and started focusing on downtown Sarasota and ultimately purchased there. We worked with Nathan Hays. We began over a year ago as we were residents in Maryland, and looking to relocate ourselves to the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Nathan worked with us remotely, was able to show us many properties during visits, then way more real estate once we moved to the area (short term rental). Nathan's listening skills helped us work our way through the numerous areas and developments that would meet our needs. I received excellent service from Dwell Real Estate. The website was an excellent source for finding real estate in Sarasota and Siesta Key. The agent who responded to my inquiries, Lauren Miller, helped me prepare a list of properties to vist, and we looked at all the properties in a very efficient way over 2 days. When I found the house I wanted, Lauren helped me negotiate the price, and handle everything so I could close very quickly. Even after closing, Lauren helped me with everything I needed so I could move in. Service throughout this home purchase process couldn't have been better!

We originally selected Marc to help us buy our condo because he was the only realtor who would commit to give us the time and attention we needed. Since we were flying down from New York City we didn't want someone who would only promise us an hour on a weekend. Marc showed us a number of properties in various parts of the city and at different price points, and his knowledge of the areas and the buildings was very helpful. He provided detail, analysis and history that weren't readily available and, in the process counseled against certain properties while urging us to give strong consideration to others.

When we decided to sell the condo, Marc's experience paid off because he knew exactly what to do, how to do it and when to do it. In addition, his calm demeanor helped to smooth the emotions inherent in any real estate transaction. When the buyer insisted on minor repairs Marc arranged for a contractor to handle them. At the time of the sale, two other condos with the same floor plan were for sale in the building. The offer we accepted was all-cash and at a higher percentage of the asking price than the average for the building. The other, similar condos were still on the market several months longer.
