Clients of Realtor James Tassell bought home to be built in the Country Club East section of Lakewood Ranch at 14361 Stirling Drive. Another client of his closed on a home at 5005 Torrey Pines Run in the Central Park section of Lakewood Ranch. James has been very busy in the Lakewood Ranch area as he just put two more homes under contract to be built. The Lakewood Ranch area is hot. Nice job James!
Watercrest at Lakewood Ranch
Jim and Jamey Hirschman sold their listing in the Watercrest condo community in Lakewood Ranch. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,742 square foot unit was listed for $309,900 and it closed for $285,000 (public record).

Greenbrook Village is a great community in Lakewood Ranch with houses starting under $100,000. If you are looking for a more affordable newer home you should definitely explore this master planned community.
